KZN Caterers Terms and Conditions
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In order to avoid any misunderstandings regarding reservations, the following are our terms of trading. In choosing KZN Caterers as your Spit Roast Specialist, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
Confirmation by Customers
We cater for a minimum of 25 people to a maximum of 3000 people.
Our Spitbraai team will arrive +- 5 hours prior serving time to set up your buffet and they will stay two hours after serving time. All menu options excludes the Travel cost and will be calculated according to the distance we need to travel.
All bookings are considered provisional for up to 7 days awaiting receipt of verbal/e-mailed confirmation. After the given timeframe we reserve the right to resell unconfirmed facilities
Amendments and Final Numbers by Customers
3 days (72 hours) prior to the function no changes will be accepted, this includes catering numbers, final details on timing, food and special instructions.
Deposits and Payments
Please note that the booking is only confirmed once the deposit reflects in our account, no verbal, written or any other form of confirmation is accepted. Please use your BR__-__-__-__ Quotation or Invoice number as reference when making payment. No booking will be confirmed if the incorrect reference number was used.
Proof of payment must be emailed to us, for us to confirm your booking.
Children under 10 years pays 1/2 price
Breakage deposit required on all Hire equipment.
A deposit of 50% of the final price is expected within 7 days of confirmation. The outstanding balance is to be paid 24 hours prior or on the day of the function upon arrival.
KZN Caterers reserves the right to require full payment before any services are rendered.
The deposit is non – refundable.
Payment should be made by proof of transfer (EFT) and must be emailed / fax to us to secure your booking.
Should a booking be cancelled two weeks or less prior to the function, the client will be held liable for the full amount.
Should any catering / Hire equipment be left behind for further use by the client, an additional traveling cost will be charged for collection the next day.
The client will be held responsible for any damages while equipment is left in their care.
We do not accept liability for any failure to provide the service contracted which are due to circumstances beyond our control, road accident traffic, electricity & water failures, load shedding. Directions and gps coordinates must be emailed to us for any Functions more than 30km Radius away from our office (We will not be held liable should we run late if no directions have been supplied).
